1. Information we collect
When you register we collect your name, telephone number, email address, city and department, and your preferred language. While you use the platform we store the savings goals you create, the deposit and withdrawal requests you submit, the support messages you send and basic technical logs such as sign-in times.
2. How we use it
We use your information to open and secure your account, calculate and display your balances, goals and statements, answer support requests and detect fraud or misuse. We do not use it for automated decisions that affect your money.
3. Financial activation
Registering creates a member file, not a financial account. Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, maintenance fees and financial rewards stay switched off until a licensed Haitian partner has verified its authorization, custody arrangements, transaction confirmation process and reconciliation requirements. Until then no money is collected, held or paid out, and every balance shown comes only from records our team has confirmed.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. Information is shared only with the providers that host and secure the platform, with a licensed banking partner when that is needed to deliver a service you requested, or when Haitian law requires it.
5. How we protect it
Data travels over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the R.E.V.I.V.E. team and platform administrators who need it to support members. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile details from the settings page of your account. To correct or delete the personal data linked to your account, email savings@revivestmarc.org from the address registered on the account.
7. Children and questions
Accounts are for members aged 18 and over, and family savings are managed by the adult account holder. Questions about this notice can be sent to savings@revivestmarc.org or +509 3618-2600.
